Reduced

Reduced is the last tab of the pre-check before the article import.
The coloured cells in this tab contain the data from the database that will be deleted when the import file is read.
Multiple fields per article can be impoverished and therefore coloured.
The tab is empty if nothing will be removed.

Note: if after the pre-check it appears that the import file needs to be corrected, always make these adjustments in the import file itself and then check the import file again.
Do not use this tab to adjust and read in, because this tab only displays deletions. This can have unwanted consequences when importing, such as loss of data.

The pre-check can be started under tab Assortment, Article management, Import, then choose the Check File button.

For the meaning of the columns, see the description of the article port (Chapter 4).
The columns 'Own article number', 'Article name' and 'ERP description' are always present.
The other columns are only present if there is at least one article, where something has been deleted in this column.

Points 1 to 3 describe the three different types of 'reduced' that can be reported on this tab.

Fields under Columns

1. Fields under Columns
The pre-check compares all fields listed under Columns in the Statistics tab.
Each empty cell in the import file (if the corresponding column is present) is compared with the corresponding field in the database. If the field in the database is filled, there will be an impoverishment of the data as a result of the import.
In this example Own article GTIN 8718242132114 will be deleted when this file is imported.
2

Features

2. Features
If by reading this import file an feature will be removed in its entirety from this article, it will be listed in this tab. All fields filled in the database for this feature will be displayed and colored.
In this example the feature Number of roles with all corresponding fields will be removed when this file is imported.

If a part of a feature will be emptied (the feature will remain but for example only the value will be empty after import), this will be shown on the Added_Modified tab. This is seen as a modification of a part of the set.
3

Assets

3. Assets
If by reading this import file an asset will be deleted in its entirety, it will be listed in this tab. All fields filled in the database with this asset will be displayed and coloured.
In this example, the image 10420.jpg with all the corresponding fields will be deleted when this file is imported.

If a part of an asset will be emptied (the asset will continue to exist but only the description will be empty after import), this will be shown on the Added_Modified tab. This is seen as a modification of a part of the set.
