Certificates with descriptions plotted against all certificates of this supplier (see Asset tab).

The result is the percentage of linked certificates where the description is filled.

Method to achieve maximum score

Empty assetdescriptions will be automatically filled by EZ-base during nightly processing. Therefore, a supplier will always achieve the maximum score on this subject.

 

The assetdescriptions filled by the supplier remains important and leading and can be managed in the following way:

1. In EZ-Catalog, go to System Administration tab, Export Assets.

2. Fill in the Description column with the Asset description. For a sample file and explanation of the columns click here. Read all about the importance of the description here.

3. Import the optimized file via: Import Assets.
