With this import in Excel format a limited number of fields can be adjusted in previously entered assets.
If with the help of an import, certain adjustments in assets have to be processed, always start with the export of assets. Process the desired adjustments in this export and subsequently import this file with the help of this option.
Importing assets is always a partial import: only assets that occur in the import file will be adjusted. Assets that do not occur will remain unaltered in the database, no assets will be removed.

To import assets you can go to the System management tab and subsequently the ‘Import assets’ button.
All descriptions (with the exception of URL's) are displayed with a tool tip and can be used as information for the own web shop. This could be of utmost importance for e.g. Icon (mark).
In case of asset type URL:
In EZ-web the asset categories will be displayed as separate tabs on the article detail page.
Whenever an asset will also be provided with a description, this will be displayed instead of the entire URL.
