Probable cause
The Windows .NET Framework version installed on the client PC is not recent enough. .NET Framework is a part of Windows that is used by our software and also by the installer of our software. If the version of .NET Framework (at the time of writing version 4.8) is not recent enough, the encrypted download cannot be opened by Windows.
Solution
The right version of .NET has to be downloaded (see website Microsoft). Ask your system administrator for advice beforehand, because .NET Framework can also be used by other applications.
