· There is being tried to install EZ-catalog on a non-supported operating system. The program only runs under Windows. See: Operating systeem
· The user has insufficient rights to install software on the PC. Contact your systems manager.
· A firewall prevents the installation and/or the download of (part of) the programming. Contact your systems manager.
· Windows runs on a terminal server, or runs within a virtualised environment (for example Citrix) in which there are limitations with regards of user specific software and data, or which doesn't support the use of "click once applications". See: EZ-catalog: alternative installation.
If none of the above mentioned problems/solutions are in order, please contact EZ-base. We kindly request that you send us as much information as possible, which operating system you use, log files and screenshots of errors.
