To implement the changes from this release, the supplier tab may be temporarily unavailable and the data evaluation may not be up to date.

Also, night processing may take longer, causing scheduled exports to be delivered later.

This is expected to be resolved the day after the release.

Artlink

Since the previous release, both English and Dutch column headings were allowed in the artlink.txt import and export.

From this release Dutch column headers are no longer allowed, only the correct English column headers will be imported:

Dashboard and data evaluation

Asset categories

When a new asset category was introduced, it was not included in the dashboard and data evaluation.

As of this release, a new category will be immediately visible correctly in the dashboard the next day and properly reflected in the data evaluation.

Sorting

In the Supplier tab you can sort by the Data evalution, which is expressed in stars.

Sorting was done on whole numbers which wat not the intention. From this release, sorting is to 2 decimal places.

Articles in classification with mandatory data

For suppliers with multiple languages, it could happen that the “Articles in classification with mandatory data” in the dashboard had incorrect numbers. This has been fixed as of this release.

Supplier tab

It could happen that a button in the supplier tab was incorrectly not usable (indicated by a light gray color). This has been fixed in this release.

ETIM

In this release preparations have been made so that the current version of ETIM can soon (expected within 6 weeks) be replaced by the dynamic version.

Because of this, ETIM will always be up to date: the latest dynamic version will be imported daily. This page contains information about the latest dynamic release.

When the dynamic version will be implemented, this will be further communicated: keep an eye on the EZ-base notifications of the release notes.

In EZ-web, the future transition to the dynamic release will have implications for:

Webshop.xml version 3.1

Do you use the export format Webshop.xml version 3.1 with the export setting “Include ETIM” checked in Extended export (also concerns scheduled tasks)?

Then check that the receiving system can handle the following changes in the xml:

the element: <Etim versionNumber=“6.1” /> will be changed to <Etim versionNumber=“11” /> .
the most recent ETIM data will be included.

The old version can then no longer be exported.

Are any changes needed? Make sure they are completed in 6 weeks so that the introduction of the dynamic release will be smooth.

Product tab

The product tab will start to show the dynamic version of the ETIM classification.

Night-time processing

It occasionally happens that night processing failes. If this happens, a conflict could occur afterwards because the same ArticleTableHeader ids occurred which is not allowed. This is fixed in this version.
