Article import

When importing an article file, an unknown error could occur if:

the filename of an Image, HeaderIcon or ValueIcon was longer than 150 positions.
an url was longer than 150 positions.

From this release, there is a neat error code for this.

Pre-check

In the pre-check, it could happen that some columns were filled with test data. This has been fixed in this release.

1. If expired articles occurred in the related articles import, an error code appeared.

This was undesirable so from the this release, both main articles (ArticleNumber) and related articles (RelatedArticleNumber) are allowed to be expired articles.

2. In edit related articles, it was not possible to relate expired articles. This is also possible from this release.

Price list

When importing a price list, an unknown error code could occur if the ArticleGtin was not supplied. A clear error code is added in this release.

Translation file

When importing translations without the Suggestion column, an unknown error could occur. This is allowed from this release: this column is not mandatory and is ignored when importing.

Images

There was a bug in the system that caused certain images saved twice. This did not bother relations at all but did cost storage capacity. From this release, this problem is solved.

ETIM

In this release preparations have been made so that the current version of ETIM can soon (expected within 6 weeks) be replaced by the dynamic version.

Because of this, ETIM will always be up to date: the latest dynamic version will be imported daily. This page contains information about the latest dynamic release.

When the dynamic version will be implemented, this will be further communicated: keep an eye on the EZ-base notifications of the release notes.
