Artlink
There are 3 artlink changes in this release:
1
From this release, the English column headings as well as Dutch will be allowed in the artlink.txt import.
Please note that in the next release, Dutch column headers will no longer be allowed when importing an artlink.txt.
In this way, we offer our relations with a (planned) artlink.txt import
the opportunity to switch to the English column headers in the next two months.
|
For the artlink.txt export, the English column headings will be used immediately.
This artlink.txt can be exported with this button (under ArtLink, Show details button from the Artlink delivery, choose Show list on one of the lines):
2
In some cases there was no clear error message if the allowed file size of (around) 750 MB was exceeded when importing an artlink. As of this release, this is visible, both for a manual and scheduled import. Also if a planned artlink was not read in due to a Time out, this is now visible. Read all about it
here.
3
Expired articles (except Wholesaler articles) that have not (anymore) appeared in any Artlink for 6 weeks were automatically deleted, even if they still appeared in a price list. This is changed because an expired article that still appears in a price list may be wrongly on this status, so should not be deleted.
Dashboard and data evaluation.
Search
Searching with a search term containing a “/” or “+” currently did not always return the desired result. This is resolved in this release.
Language flags
Previously, it was less visible which
language flag was selected. It is improved in this release.
Nightly processing
During nightly processing it is determined whether data has changed in EZ-catalog and needs to be transferred to EZ-web.
1. This synchronization occasionally runs into an error that sometimes causes the synchronization process not to run completely. This is improved in this release reducing the chance of this happening.
2. An adjustment is made which speed up the synchronization.
Webshop.xml 3.1 XSD
Before the
webshop.xml 3.1 is imported into the own ERP system, this
XSD offers the possibility to check the file to be imported.
This XSD contained a too strict GLN check. This check has been loosened: also shorter GLNs are now accepted.
Webshop.txt and .xlsx
Publications
EZ-base offers an additional service with which these publications can also be
embedded on the own website. Visitors clicking on a link in the publication will then be redirected to a URL chosen by the relation, e.g. the page on the relation's website containing the article in question. The website visitor does not need to have an account with EZ-base for this.
It could happen that the forwarding service did not add the GTIN of an article to the URL, which sometimes resulted in the article not being found on the website of the relation. This has been solved in this release.
