Merge
Articles that do belong together in a group, but are not yet merged, can be put together through this application. A reason for this could be that when submitting a file (in which article name, specfield, type and brand are not equal) too many articles are placed in the database by themselves.
While merging it is considered whether the following columns are equal:
- Article name
- Brand
- Kind
- Template
In case specification is not equal, the text of the second group will be placed at the bottom of the field. You will receive a notification of this.
NB: The classification from where this application is performed is leading!
To edit article data you can go to the article group by double clicking the article line concerned. Here you subsequently choose the application ‘Merge’. The following screen will open.
 Merge button In case equal articles are placed in different groups one can merge them. Equal article name, brand, kind and specfield are required.
