General commercial text with an article, shown in EZ-web.
This can be a header (placed above the article table) or a footer (placed below the article table). With the article import this can be imported in two columns: the specification header and the specification footer. In Manage article groups there is no separate field for this. The header and footer are separated by "###". Also in Translation Import and Export this will still be exported and imported (with ###).
