"Total number of articles PIM" plotted against to the "Available articles" (also found in General tab).
If this percentage is above 100%, more articles have been entered into EZ-catalog (the PIM system = Product Information Management system) in the chosen language than are available in EZ-web.
2. Select "Still to do" using the status filter at the top.
3. Classify and/or formalize the articles. If necessary, follow the indicated advice in the remark of the still open article group and then click " Ready ".
EZ-base will confirm the articles. After overnight processing, the changes made in EZ-catalog will be synchronized to EZ-web. Normally the next day the articles will be visible in EZ-web and the data rating will have been updated.
