"Total number of articles PIM" plotted against to the "Available articles" (also found in General tab).
If this percentage is above 100%, more articles have been entered into EZ-catalog (the PIM system = Product Information Management system) in the chosen language than are available in EZ-web (including expired articles).

All articles in EZ-Catalog (PIM) are available on EZ-web
(100%).
Method to achieve maximum score
There are article(groups) under maintenance in EZ catalog that have not yet been put into production.
1. Go to the workflow.
2. Select "Still to do" using the status filter at the top.
3. Classify and/or formalize the articles. If necessary, follow the indicated advice in the remark of the still open article group and then click " Ready ".
 
EZ-base will confirm the articles. After overnight processing, the changes made in EZ-catalog will be synchronized to EZ-web. Normally the next day the articles will be visible in EZ-web and the data rating will have been updated.
