Publication management

 
In the publication management, the browsable publications are porcessed. These publications are linked with the product data and can be found in EZ-web.
Publications are managed and set by EZ-base personnel.
 
If a change needs to be made, EZ-base should be contacted.

Publication name.

Publication language. In EZ-web, a user will only see publications in the set data language.

Customers system name in database. This is a generated name that cannot be altered.

Slot

Place where publication is saved. For each publication a different slot shall be used.

Start date

Start date of online placement of the publication. After this date the publication will be visisble in EZ-web.

If this date is entered, the publication won't be visible in EZ-web from this date on.

Is the publication available in EZ-web or not.

Allow embedding

Can the publication be embedded or not. Keep in mind that due to this, visitors of EZ-web are able to embed the publication on their own website.

Go to the preview of the publication as how this will be published.

Authorize

Same as data, publications can be autorized.
