Explanation/Calculation
EZ-base records for each classification what the most important normalized features are: the determined normalized features. This percentage represents the level of the identified features are normalized in the chosen data language of the supplier. This number comes from the normalization database and is partly based on the characteristics provided by the supplier. This is calculated including expired articles
All defined standardized features have been delivered
(100%).
Method to achieve maximum score
Currently, software is being developed that allows suppliers to normalize themselves. This will be rolled out very soon.
In preparation for this, any missing mandatory features can now be added by the supplier in the appropriate EZ-base classification already. These are the basis for the established normalized features.
3. Then, in the Articles export, check "Standard including classification" and "Including expired articles".
4. Delete all columns except: Own article number, Article name, Classification level 1/2/3/4, and all Header, Value and Unit columns
5. For each classification, compare the own attributes with the defined standardized attributes in the list provided by EZ-base. Add the missing mandatory attributes in Header, Value and Unit.
