Data Evaluation

 
With Data Evaluation, the quality of supplier data is expressed in stars, where 5 stars as the maximum achievable. With the data rating, data quality can now be seen at a glance.
 
The Data Evaluation is determined using all supplier data present in EZ-base in the data language selected by the logged-in user, but regardless of the authorizations for the logged-in user. The calculation always excludes expired articles (the only exception to this is indicated in the pages below).
 
To reach an objective evaluation, a number of subjects are defined. For each subject, a rating is calculated for a suppliers data. The subjects can be found in the dashboard. The weighted average of all subjects ultimately forms the rating for the suppliers data. Topics that absolutely cannot be missed will weigh more heavily than topics that are considered less important.
 
The dashboard data is updated on a daily basis which also immediately updates the data evaluation: the data evaluation is a dynamic data which depends on many factors. This is described in the pages below.
