Under Management, Translations the options Import and Export are adjusted and extended to be able to translate faster. The following funtionality is added in this release:
All labeltypes and all languages can be exported at once.
Export files have been granted a logical naming.
Besides the current export format (at which for every translation a seperate line is exported) it is now also possible to export unique translations: translations that occur multiple times per label type will be exported in one line.
If there are, for example, ten feature values in which black is translated with noir, one line will be exported with black-noir.
With the import, everywhere where black occurs with this label type, noir will be saved as translation in the concerning language.
There can be chosen to only export the missing translations.
There can be chosen to fill the translation automatically where possible with the export.
There can be chosen to only tranlsate active articles.
With unique translation files all label types can be imported in one file.
The total import- and export time has been reduced.
If there is exported with the following settings, the file format will be comparable with the old format (if the new columns Language, Unique Translation and Automatic Translation are not taken into consideration):
