EZ-base can add remarks to article groups: these are recommendations that can improve data quality.

To make these remarks easier to communicate to suppliers, an option has been added in this release to the Article Export screen: "Include remarks":

 

If this option is checked, an additional "Remarks" column will be added to the article export. If EZ-base has added remarks to the article group in question, they will be displayed in this column.

The article export (from this releaseincluding the new option for remarks) could already be called from the following screens:

If in an import file only the extension changes for icons, images, logos and documents, this was detected as a change (“modified”) in the Pre-check. This is unnecessary because the import does not look at the extension: the extension of the linked asset remains valid. This is fixed in this next release.

 

When formalizing, group icons were not visible. From this release, group icons will also be able to be checked when formalizing.

 

After an article import with significant content changes, the status of an article is updated so that EZ-base can check this data in the workflow. 

The status did not always jump back depending on the status the article was in. For example, if the article name was modified and the status was “Format rejected”, the status did not jump back to “To formalize/Not confirmed”. This is fixed in this release.

 

If "(de)select all" was chosen during classification, it could happen with large classifications that the application crashed. This has been resolved in this release.

 

Authorizations of promotions are now correctly stored from this release onwards.
