In chapter 1 you will find a guide that will make clear what actions need to be conducted for either a first submission of or adjustments on articles in EZ-catalog.
Also, chapter 4 provides a description per column in Excel, making clear exactly how the file needs to be filled.
In the new ArticleImporter, the file to be entered must always contain the default language of the contact concerned.
In case one needs to import different languages than the default language, a different application is available. Please find Translated ArticleImport.
