I have reset my password, but I cannot log into EZ-catalog.
Explanation
EZ-base uses different systems: our database with the maintenance side EZ-catalog and the front-end EZ-web, as well as our customer portal My EZ-base.
You have one and the same login for EZ-catalog and EZ-web. You can change the password when you are logged in to one of the two systems. Have you lost or forgotten your password? Then you can ask a colleague to change your password via EZ-catalog. Should this give you any problems, please contact EZ-base.
For My EZ-base, you can change the password yourself when you want to log in to My EZ-base.
You can of course synchronise these passwords by either setting your My EZ-base password to be the same as your EZ-catalog password, or by logging in to EZ-web or EZ-catalog and setting the password to be the same as My EZ-base.
