In case no articles have been submitted yet, the following steps need to be executed in order to create a file, submit it and process it:

EZ-base will now check the file. Feedback will be given on potential improvements. When the file is correct, EZ-base will submit the file.

Upload the accompanying assets. These assets will automatically be matched to the correct article if the name is exactly equal to that in the ArticleImport (the extension need not to be equal).

5.

Structure the article groups according to the EZ-base classification by using the Classify application.
|

6.
|
The article groups need to be provided with a lay out in EZ-catalog by using the Formalize application.
|
All the necessary steps have now been completed. EZ-base will confirm the articles. Then, during the night processing, the changes made in EZ-catalog will be synchronised to EZ-web. The next day the articles will be displayed in EZ-web.
