Missing article in Artlink

Question

An article is no longer linked through the ArtLink due to which data is missing in for example webshops or catalogues.

Explanation

This problem can amongst others occur because the article has been removed by the supplier.

Solution

If articles are removed, a match can no longer be made through the ArtLink, due to that the "rich" article data can no longer serve as a feed for for instance webshops and catalogues.
EZ-base therefore advizes suppliers to not remove articles, but to give the articles the correct availability status.
As a supplier, it is wise to first check with customers that link throught the Artlink with their articles, and inquire in what degree these articles are still relevant.
For wholesalers entering articles of suppliers that were at first not subsribed to EZ-base the rule is that these articles dó have to be removed as soon as the article data is entered by the 'preferred'-supplier and if the data is sufficient.
