Suppliers decide how their articles are described and which features are being displayed in EZ-web. Besides this, standardized features are assigned. These are uniform properties which are maintained by EZ-base, and are equal for all articles that are grouped together in one classification node in layer 3, no matter the supplier. By doing so, articles can be searched and compared better from one another.
