Missing assets in EZ-base classification

Why is only on level 1 of the EZ-base classification an asset included in the xml?

 

The EZ-base classification is large and growing rapidly. Therefore it was decided to only capture representative images for level 1 within the EZ-base classification. This is given in the xml and are used in EZ-web on the  products tab for the classification buttons on level 1.
For the classification buttons on levels 2, 3 and 4 the first image of the search result is used. This dynamic method has, in addition to saving time in managing our classification, the advantage that the image fits better with the search result.

 

Is there - for example - for display of the search results on your website or in your catalogue a suitable image required on all classification levels?

Then use the same method as EZ-web (see explanation above).

Is a fixed image required? Then add your own classification and create your own image for all classification levels.
