EZ-catalogIn the EZ-catalog management application all articles are managed. It is very important to enter them correctly and fully, because the articles will be displayed in EZ-web, web sites/web shops, catalogues, wholesalers’ ERP-software or for own use.
The data can be supplied in different languages. At article group level data such as name, specifications and images can be submitted. An article group can contain 1 or mulitplie article numbers, including features such as size and colour: find Manage features. These articles are represented in an article table.
Suppliers can manually add and edit articles in the EZ-catalog application. In case larger amounts of articles need to be submitted one could better use our import format. For a quick start click here.
Solely submitting the file (manually or through an import) does not make the articles visible immediately in EZ-web. To accomplish this, several steps need to be taken.
For example, missing assets can be submitted. Also, article groups can be structured according to several classifications: you can select the EZ-base classification or in an own classification.
Furthermore, lay out will be determined by formalizing the articles. Subsequently, EZ-base will confirm them. Only after completing these steps, the articles will finally be visible in EZ-web.
